Contribution of Hotel Pools to Tourism - Serapool

We prepared a concept design for the project and turned it into a site plan. After that, we started a process that continues with structural and vegetative application projects and detail drawings. I am sure that every unit, every design group is extremely happy and proud to be in this project. I am extremely happy and proud. These dreams are realized with investors and implementation teams who believe in us. These processes are really painful and intense. However, when the right team, the right project, the right area and the right investor come together, permanent and beautiful works emerge. This is what design is all about. We pay special attention to the fact that every project we do, every project we dream of, is suitable for that land, that subject. Design should not repeat each other. The design we made for this area belongs only here and we have continued all this way with this mentality, with this belief. We will continue to do so. We avoid copying ourselves. Akra Fethiye The Residence is a work that I have designed, participated in and implemented with pleasure, and that I come to renew and relax at every opportunity. How did you use the element of water and swimming pools in the design process of Akra Fethiye The Residence project? The feeling of the facility water flowing into the sea in this area made us think that it could be similar to nature, a breeze of nature, and that's how the design process started. Here, water is everywhere as much as possible. There is access to the water from the rooms and on one side we have private, larger accommodation rooms, which we call villas, and on the other side we have buildings arranged in floors. Therefore, the most important rule here was that all guests take full advantage of the water. As for the pools, I have designed so many di erent pool designs that the most important thing is that the pools do not repeat each other. With its pattern, form, structure, height, depth, surroundings, all of them should be completely unique to that project. I have always continued my design journey in this way and this is how we will continue. There is a lot of water element here too. The pattern we want to see in the water, on the ground and its surroundings are very important because we want to capture naturalness, we want to refer to nature and we are in nature, we are in an area surrounded by nature. I always make sure that our pools can be used by people of all ages. If possible, I prefer not to divide the pools with roads. I use bridges over the water. Therefore, I imagine and design pools that will allow everyone to have di erent experiences. This is such a project. The pool is an area where bridges cross over, ramps lead to the pools as if it were a beach, steps lead to the pools from certain places, there is a sunken bar, sunbathing areas with sun loungers in shallow waters, infinity and acrylic walls are used. It is possible to see all the details that I include in almost every project in this pool. 15
